We’re all about helping you get fitter, healthier, and stronger. To make sure everyone has the best experience possible, we’ve put together some simple rules and guidelines. These are here to keep things running smoothly and to ensure that our gym is a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all.
To get started, you’ll need to fill out a membership form, and we’ll also ask for a quick health questionnaire. Don’t worry, it’s just to make sure we’re providing the right support for you, especially if you have any specific fitness goals or medical conditions.
Our membership fees are due on a monthly or annual basis (depending on what works best for you). If you're on a membership plan, please make sure your payments are up to date to avoid interruptions to your access.
Our small group training and classes are popular, so booking in advance is a must! You can easily book via our app or website. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least **6 hours** before the class starts to avoid a late cancellation fee.
If you decide to cancel your membership, we require 30 Days written notice. We don’t offer refunds for used sessions or memberships, but we’re always happy to chat if you need to pause or transfer your membership for any reason.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and respected while they train, so here are a few guidelines:
Please clean up after yourself. Wipe down equipment after use, and put your weights, mats, and accessories back where they belong.
Suitable footwear is required to be worn at all times. You are allowed to train barefoot but do so entirely at your own risk. All members must wear clean and suitable tops and bottoms at all times for safety and hygiene reasons.
We love a good high-five or motivation shout-out, but please keep noise levels to a reasonable level, especially if you’re using equipment near others.
We provide lockers, so please use them for your valuables while you work out. Keep your bags and personal items in the locker room to avoid clutter in the gym.
For hygiene and safety reasons, please don’t bring food into the gym area. Water bottles are, of course, allowed.
Your safety is our top priority, and we take it seriously. Here’s what you need to know:
Before you start any training program, you’ll need to complete a health questionnaire to help us design a safe and effective plan for you. If you’ve got any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, be sure to tell us!
Our trainers are trained to provide safe and effective workouts, but it’s still important to listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, stop and let us know. We’re always here to help adjust exercises or offer alternatives.
We’ve got first aid kits available, and all of our staff are trained in basic first aid and CPR. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we’ll respond quickly and ensure the proper action is taken.
We follow best practices for any health-related protocols, including hygiene practices and sanitising procedures. If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and let us know – we’re happy to reschedule classes.
We believe in creating a positive, supportive environment, so we ask everyone to be mindful of the following:
This includes both your fellow gym members and our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, discrimination, or any kind of inappropriate behaviour. Let’s all support each other in a friendly and encouraging way.
We’re all for sharing your fitness journey, but please be mindful when posting pictures or videos in the gym. Always ask for permission before photographing or filming others.
We have amazing trainers here who are happy to guide you through your fitness journey. If you’re working with a trainer, please stick to the plan they’ve set for you, and let them know if you have any concerns.
Please only use the equipment that you’ve been shown how to use (if you’re not sure, ask a staff member!). Always put weights back after use, and don’t leave equipment in places where others might trip over it.
If you notice anything broken or unsafe, let us know straight away! We’ll get it sorted so everyone stays safe.
If you bring your own equipment (like resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.), please keep it clean and safe. If it’s not safe to use in the gym, we may ask you to store it away.
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information safe. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data. Your info is only used to support your fitness goals and communication with us, and we won’t share it with anyone unless required by law.
From time to time, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website). If you’re in a class or on the floor and don’t want to be included, just let a staff member know, and we’ll make sure you’re not featured.
We want to make sure our policies stay relevant and effective, so we might update them from time to time. We’ll let you know of any major changes, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
